Store, Community & Fraud-Prevention Information
For retail and wholesale orders, we collect contact information, billing and shipping addresses, purchased titles, amounts, order status, tracking and correspondence. Wholesale accounts may also provide business details. We use this information to fulfill purchases, arrange shipping, provide support, reconcile payments, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Historical store orders may be migrated into this system for those purposes.
To prevent payment and trial abuse, we retain relevant account, email, phone, IP, payment-provider and subscription identifiers, payment-method fingerprints and hashed address fingerprints. These records are not all anonymous. Screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every fraudulent transaction is blocked.
Guestbook entries are public and include your username, message, date, account identifier and city/state/country copied from your billing profile. You can delete your own entries. Chat participants see usernames and messages; moderation records may remain after messages leave the visible chat window. Film scores contribute to public aggregates; your individual score remains associated with your account.
Contact privacy@massacrevideo.tv to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain records necessary for tax, orders, disputes, security or other legal obligations. Deletion is not an automatic cancellation of app-store billing. We do not claim that all copies or legally required records can be erased immediately.
1. Introduction
LCJ Pictures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Massacre Video TV, a physical-media retail and wholesale store, subscription streaming service, community features, and affiliate referral program. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe, purchase products, use community features, apply to become an affiliate, or join our launch waitlist.
This policy applies to information collected through our public website, member areas, and TV apps. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate the Service.
Account & profile information
- Name, username, and email address
- Date of birth, used to check the minimum age for membership
- Password (stored in hashed form; we never store plain-text passwords)
- Optional phone number
- Optional billing and shipping addresses
Subscription & payment information
- Subscription plan, status, and billing period dates
- Payment processor customer and subscription identifiers (for purchases made on our website)
- Payment card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers
Affiliate program information
- Application details — name, email, optional website, social media platforms, handles or URLs, stated follower counts, and your application message
- Affiliate account status, referral code, and dashboard statistics (clicks, signups, conversions, commissions, and payouts)
- Referral activity — landing pages visited via your link and timestamps of referral clicks
- Payout onboarding status with our third-party payout provider (we do not store your full banking details)
- If you are referred by an affiliate, we may store which affiliate referred you when you register or subscribe
LG webOS TV information
You can connect your LG TV by approving a temporary code while signed in on our website. Pairing codes expire after ten minutes. We store hashed pairing codes and device secrets, the linked account, and a revocable TV access token. Temporary pairing records are removed after expiry by daily cleanup. Your TV keeps its access token until you sign out or the token is revoked.
The LG app reports viewing progress and playback sessions to synchronize your history. Signup and subscription payments occur on our website using our existing payment provider; we do not receive your LG account password. You can sign out on the TV or request account or data deletion at massacrevideo.tv/account-deletion or privacy@massacrevideo.tv.
Google TV / Android TV information
For Google Play purchases, we receive a purchase token, product and base-plan identifiers, an obfuscated Massacre Video TV account identifier, and subscription dates and status. We use these records to verify and restore purchases, process renewals, cancellations and refunds, and prevent fraud. Google Play handles payment details; we do not receive your Google password or full payment card details.
Viewing history and playback sessions synchronize across your devices. Purchase records follow the retention terms below. Request account or data deletion at massacrevideo.tv/account-deletion or privacy@massacrevideo.tv. Account deletion does not cancel Google Play billing; manage or cancel it in Google Play subscriptions.
Amazon Fire TV information
For Amazon purchases, we receive an Amazon app-specific user identifier, purchase receipt identifier, product code, marketplace, and subscription dates and status. We use these records to verify purchases, restore membership, reconcile renewals and refunds, and prevent purchase fraud. Amazon handles your payment details; we do not receive your Amazon password or full payment card details.
The Fire TV app also reports playback sessions and viewing progress to synchronize your watch history. Purchase records are retained for billing, accounting, and dispute handling under the retention terms below. Contact privacy@massacrevideo.tv to request access or deletion.
Roku & connected-TV information
If you use our Roku app and subscribe through Roku Pay, we receive limited information needed to activate and maintain your membership. Roku, Inc. acts as the merchant for those purchases and handles your payment details directly.
- Roku Pay transaction identifiers and the purchased product code
- Subscription status and expiration date returned by Roku when we validate a purchase
- The device platform you are streaming from (e.g., that a request originates from a Roku device)
- We do not receive or store your Roku payment card details, Roku account password, or Roku login credentials
Viewing activity
- Watch progress, watched duration, completion status, and last-watched timestamps for titles you stream
- Aggregated watch statistics shown in your account (e.g., total watch time)
Waitlist & communications
- Email address when you join our launch waitlist
- Email verification and password-reset activity
Technical & authentication data
- Cart and checkout storage — maintains the order and checkout you request
- Authentication tokens stored in your browser so you remain signed in
- Session and security cookies used for administration and secure API operations
- Referral attribution cookies or local storage when you visit through an affiliate link (with your consent)
- Page visit analytics — first-party anonymous visitor ID, pages viewed, referrer host, UTM campaign parameters, device type, browser, and approximate country (with your consent)
- Cookie consent preferences — a cookie that remembers your storage choices
- Standard server and infrastructure logs maintained by our hosting providers (which may include IP address and request metadata)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide streaming access to subscribers
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment processor (web), Roku Pay (Roku app), or Amazon (Fire TV app)
- Validate Roku Pay purchases with Roku and activate or refresh memberships purchased on Roku
- Operate the affiliate program — review applications, attribute referrals, calculate commissions, and process payouts
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, affiliate notices, and service messages)
- Track watch progress and continue-watching features
- Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service
- Measure site traffic and understand how visitors use our public pages (with your consent)
- Notify waitlist subscribers about our launch (with your consent)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you subscribe to
- Legitimate interests — to secure our platform, prevent fraud, and improve the Service
- Consent — for optional analytics, affiliate referral attribution, functional site preferences, waitlist communications, affiliate program participation where applicable, and any optional marketing you opt into
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information under law
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We disclose information to providers needed to operate the Service. Providers acting as our processors follow our instructions; payment networks, app stores, carriers and advertising providers may also process information under their own policies and legal obligations:
- Payment processors — subscription billing, checkout, and fraud prevention for web purchases
- Stripe — website retail, wholesale and subscription payments, payment identifiers, billing and fraud screening; we do not store full card numbers
- ShipStation and carriers — shipping rates and fulfillment using delivery addresses, contact details, package details, purchased titles and order notes
- Google Play and Amazon — app distribution, platform billing and purchase verification
- Payout providers — affiliate commission payments and required identity or banking verification
- Roku — distribution of our Roku app and Roku Pay in-channel billing, including validation of purchase transactions
- Video delivery partners — secure streaming, thumbnails, and related media delivery
- Email delivery providers — transactional messages such as verification and password reset
- Infrastructure providers — database, cache, hosting, and content delivery services that store and transmit data on our behalf
Advertising choices
We do not exchange personal information for money. Optional Meta advertising measurement may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable California law. Reject marketing cookies or use Cookie preferences to opt out. We honor a supported browser Global Privacy Control signal as a marketing opt-out, including when a previous preference allowed marketing.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Account data — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
- Subscription records — retained as required for billing, tax, and dispute resolution
- Watch history — retained while your account is active to power continue-watching and account features
- Affiliate records — application data, referral statistics, and payout history retained while you participate in the program and as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution
- Waitlist emails — retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them for launch communications
- Page visit analytics — retained as needed to measure usage and diagnose problems, subject to applicable deletion rights
- Physical orders and fulfillment records — retained for order support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and disputes, including historical orders migrated into the store
- Community and fraud-prevention records — retained as needed for moderation, abuse prevention and legal claims; a chat visibility window is not a deletion deadline
- Server logs — retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and secure payment handling through our payment processor.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@massacrevideo.tv. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within 30–45 days).
You can update much of your account information directly in your Account settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page.
10. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, provides additional rights regarding your personal information.
Categories collected (last 12 months)
- Identifiers — name, email, phone, account ID, affiliate referral code, and Roku Pay transaction identifiers
- Customer records — billing and shipping addresses; affiliate application and payout onboarding details
- Commercial information — subscription history, affiliate commissions, and product codes purchased (including via Roku)
- Internet activity — watch history, progress, and affiliate referral clicks
- Inferences — aggregated viewing statistics in your account and affiliate performance metrics
Your California rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable — reject marketing in Cookie preferences or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
Authorized agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf by contacting privacy@massacrevideo.tv with proof of authorization.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age (COPPA).
If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at privacy@massacrevideo.tv and we will take steps to delete it.
12. International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Those countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-service notice where appropriate.
