These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Massacre Video TV website, applications, streaming services, and affiliate program (collectively, the "Service") operated by LCJ Pictures LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, applying to our affiliate program, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service offers uncut horror content that may not be suitable for minors.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.
The Service is offered globally, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
To stream content, you must register for an account and maintain an active paid subscription, except where we offer limited preview access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@massacrevideo.tv if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may update profile, billing, and shipping information in your Account settings. You must keep your email address current so we can send service-related notices.
Massacre Video TV is a subscription video-on-demand service. Available plans include: Monthly: $8.99 per month; Yearly: $69.04 per year. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; we will provide notice of material price changes as required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Taxes may apply based on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We may offer plan changes or promotions from time to time. Additional terms may apply to promotional offers.
If you subscribe to Massacre Video TV from within our Roku app, your subscription is purchased, billed, and managed through Roku Pay, Roku's in-channel billing system. Roku, Inc. acts as the merchant of record for those purchases, and your payment method on file with Roku is charged — not through our website checkout.
Roku Pay subscriptions renew automatically through your Roku account until canceled. Because Roku processes the payment, you must manage, cancel, or change a Roku-billed subscription through your Roku account settings; canceling from our website does not stop billing initiated through Roku.
Refund requests for Roku Pay purchases are handled by Roku in accordance with Roku's payment and refund policies. Roku purchases are also subject to the Roku Channel Store terms, Roku's Terms of Use, and Roku's Payment Terms of Service.
After a Roku purchase, the Roku app sends the purchase's transaction identifier to LCJ Pictures LLC so we can validate it with Roku and activate or refresh your membership.
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Digital streaming access is provided immediately upon successful payment.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@massacrevideo.tv within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request in good faith.
Subscriptions purchased through the Roku app are billed by Roku, so refund requests for those purchases are governed by Roku's refund policies and must be directed to Roku.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content through the Service for private, non-commercial viewing.
You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
Circumventing access controls, sharing account credentials, or using automated tools to scrape or record streams is prohibited.
Massacre Video TV features uncut, uncensored horror films that may include graphic violence, gore, disturbing themes, and strong language. Viewer discretion is strongly advised.
You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) probe or breach security measures; (e) use the Service for commercial exhibition without authorization; or (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, video delivery, email, hosting, and other operational functions. Your use of payment or device platforms (such as Roku Pay on supported devices) may also be subject to those platforms' terms and privacy policies.
When you access the Service through a connected-TV platform such as Roku, your use of that device and platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies, over which we have no control.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked from the Service.
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and curated presentation, is owned by LCJ Pictures LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Films and related audiovisual works are licensed to us for streaming and remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Massacre Video TV, our logos, and related marks are trademarks of LCJ Pictures LLC. You may not use them without prior written permission.
THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or high-availability streaming. Technical issues, maintenance, content licensing changes, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LCJ PICTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LCJ Pictures LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately, except where you have paid through the end of a billing period and we choose to honor remaining access.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@massacrevideo.tv and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Massacre Video TV offers an optional affiliate program through which approved partners may earn commission on qualifying first-time subscription referrals. Participation requires acceptance of our separate Affiliate Program Agreement, which governs the Program if these Terms conflict.
Affiliate referral codes and links provide a one-time discount for first-time subscribers only. Each customer may use only one affiliate referral code in their lifetime and may not switch to another referrer after attribution. Commissions are paid once per qualifying signup, not on renewals.
Approved affiliates must promote the Service lawfully, include required advertising disclosures (such as commission or "#ad" disclosures), avoid targeting minors, and comply with the marketing standards in the Affiliate Program Agreement.
Affiliate payouts are processed through a third-party payout provider. We may suspend or terminate affiliate status, withhold or reverse commissions related to fraud, abuse, or policy violations, or end the affiliate program at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
